These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, located at www.mytripnavigator.com (the "Site"), and any services provided by My Trip Navigator ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
1. Use of the Site
By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
2. Services
My Trip Navigator offers travel-related services, including but not limited to bookings, reservations, quotes, and travel consultancy. We may also provide access to third-party services such as hotel bookings, transportation, and tours. By using our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by these third parties.
3. Account Registration
In order to use certain features of our Site (such as making a booking or subscribing to our newsletter), you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and update your details as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Booking and Payment
When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate details, including but not limited to payment information, travel dates, and preferences. Payment must be made via the methods specified on the Site. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if necessary.
5. Pricing and Fees
Prices for our services are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without prior notice. Additional fees may apply depending on the services or products you purchase, such as taxes, booking fees, and service charges. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable fees.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
To modify or cancel your confirmed booking, please send an email to the address from which your sales proposal was sent, including your booking reference ID and the mobile number provided at the time of booking. Cancellations or modifications will not be processed over the phone and will only be accepted via email. Amendments are subject to availability and, if unavailable, will be treated as cancellations.
6.1 Section A - If You Cancel
If you need to cancel your confirmed trip, the following rules apply, and postponements may be considered without additional charges within three months, subject to partner consent. This option is available only if cancellation occurs at least one month before the trip start date. Alternatively, the trip can be transferred to family or friends.

Note: Individual hotel cancellation policies may supersede the above policy.
6.2 Section B - Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, such as natural calamities, disasters, or man-made events like riots or strikes, we may consider postponement for up to three months if the cause persists for 15 days or less, subject to partner consent. This credit is t5ransferable but not refundable.
6.3 Section C - In Case Of Pendemic
If travel restrictions are imposed due to a pandemic, trips can be postponed for up to 30 days from the withdrawal of such restrictions, subject to partner consent. The credit is transferable but not refundable, and extension is at MYTRIPNAVIGATOR's discretion.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your cancellation request to the address from which your sales proposal was sent, including your booking reference ID, mobile number, and bank details. Refunds will be credited to Original payment mathod within 5-7 business days. No cash refunds will be issued.
MYTRIPNAVIGATOR reserves the right to amend the cancellation, amendment, and refund policy without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Trip Navigator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product related to your claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Trip Navigator, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of My Trip Navigator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded materials and cease using the services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
